Description
QLS Gardens Apartments is a 202-unit family community located in Southwest Atlanta, close to shopping, restaurants, and MARTA. We provide a safe, secure, and caring environment of spacious 1, 2, and 3 bedroom apartments. A full time Social Services professional is on staff to assist residents with information and referral services. In addition, QLS Gardens offers a variety of programs, services, and activities.

QLS Haven
Description
QLS Haven is a well-rounded active senior community. It is home to 120 Residents, age 62 to 98. Residents enjoy a ground level cottage-style apartment community with individual patios. Each apartment consists of one bedroom, one bathroom, kitchen, a combined living/dining area, and a walk-in closet and coat closet. Utilities are not included. There is a 12-24 month waiting list. Various services are provided to seniors by home care agencies based on need. Educational sessions are held to keep the residents informed, i.e.: Medicare & Medicaid, Food Stamps, Energy Assistance, Social Security and more. A Wellness and Socialization program includes activities and events that are very engaging and helps prevent depression and loneliness (Blood Pressure Checks, Annual Cancer Walks, Birthday Celebrations, Holiday Celebrations, Veteran’s Day Celebration, Wellness Bingo, Football Tailgate gatherings and more!). The Haven has four (4) ADA Raised Vegetables Garden Beds and an In-ground Garden. The gardens give all residents an opportunity to fellowship while they “play in the dirt”. Planting, maintaining and harvesting fresh vegetables are done by the Haven Residents and Staff. The QLS Haven Staff consists of individuals who are caring and supportive.

QLS Meadows
Description
QLS Meadows is a HUD Subsidized Community that provides housing for persons 62 years of age or older. Each unit has one bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, living room, and patio. Residents pay their own electric, gas, telephone, cable, and etc. The property is responsible for water, sewer, and trash removal. A variety of activities are available throughout the month as well as seminars and informational session. Office hours are Monday thru Friday from 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM.

Description
QLS Villa is home to individuals aged 62 and over who can live independently. The Villa is located on a six-acre wooded lot that is serene and beautifully landscaped. Seniors of QLS Villa have their own community organization, and are involved in planning many of their own activities. Our staff included a service coordinator, who works to maximize the seniors social experience.
